1. Purpose
This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and consistent customer service while protecting the integrity of our operations, food safety standards, and wellness‑focused programming.
2. General Policy Overview
All sales, meal-prep subscriptions, catering bookings, and wellness services are subject to the terms outlined below. Refunds and cancellations are processed in alignment with food safety regulations, labor costs, and advance procurement requirements.
3. Meal Prep Orders
Order Changes: Customers may modify their weekly meal-prep order up to 24 hours before the scheduled preparation time.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before preparation are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future order.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before preparation are not eligible for a refund due to perishable food procurement and labor allocation.
Non‑Pickup: Orders not picked up on the scheduled date are non-refundable.
4. Catering Services
Deposit Requirement: All catering bookings require a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total invoice to secure the event date.
Final Payment: Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellations:

14+ days before event: Eligible for a refund minus the 30% deposit.
7–13 days before event: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 7 days before event: No refund due to food procurement, staffing, and scheduling commitments.

Rescheduling:
One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested 10+ days before the event.
Rescheduling within 9 days or less may incur additional fees.
