1. Services Provided

We offer freshly prepared, plant-based, and customized meals for purchase, including delivery and meal prep services within our service area in San Antonio, Texas.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed via phone, text, or approved online ordering platforms.

• Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery is available Monday–Saturday, 6 AM – 6 PM.

• We do not deliver on Sundays or major holidays.

• Delivery fees may apply depending on location.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

4. Dietary Information & Allergens

• While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences (keto, vegetarian, low-carb, plant-based), we cannot guarantee that our meals are free from allergens.

• Common allergens may include nuts, soy, gluten, dairy, and others.

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies before placing your order.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery or pickup for a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued for orders canceled after this time or for delivered items.

• Refund requests for damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, menus, and branding, is the property of Thelma’s Plant-Based Foods & More and may not be used without permission.

We are not responsible for any health issues, allergic reactions, or damages arising from the consumption of our food. All menu items are consumed at your own risk.
